2. Data and purposes
Contact forms collect name, email, city, message and optionally cemetery. Order requests also collect surname, grave location, package and optional phone and date. Do not submit unnecessary third-party or sensitive data. Service enquiries, pre-contractual steps and contracts use GDPR Article 6(1)(b). Other correspondence, security and claims use Article 6(1)(f); legal and accounting obligations use Article 6(1)(c) where applicable. Acknowledging this policy is not marketing consent. No marketing consent is collected.
3. Recipients and storage
Forms send data to the server and then to the operator by email. The application currently does not store requests in a database. Authorised staff and hosting, email and IT providers may process data. Necessary data may be shared with the selected independent provider, not publicly or with all providers. The provider is a separate controller for its own contract and obligations and supplies its own privacy information. Provider lists and arrangements require completion.
4. Retention
Enquiries are kept as long as needed for replies and arrangements, then only as required for legal obligations or claims. Specific retention periods for enquiries without contracts, logs, email and backups must be established before publication. Automatic deletion is not implemented.
5. Rights and choices
Providing data is voluntary, but required fields are needed to handle requests. Depending on the legal basis, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may complain to the Polish data protection authority, UODO. Contact kontakt@troskaopamiec.pl. There is no solely automated decision with legal effects or advertising profiling.
6. Technologies and transfers
Server logs may include IP and connection data. PHP sessions limit repeated submissions. DM Sans and Playfair Display are loaded from Google Fonts, disclosing connection data to that provider. Processing locations, providers and any transfers outside the EEA and safeguards must be confirmed before publication.
