1. Operator
The website operator is TKinteractive Tomasz Kubasa, kontakt@troskaopamiec.pl. Address: ul. Zebrzydowicka 39, Rybnik, Poland. NIP: 6423185145. TKinteractive acts as intermediary. An independent provider identified before contracting performs the service and is the party to the service contract.
2. Requests and contracts
The form submits a request, not an order requiring payment. Submission does not confirm availability or conclude a contract. Before contracting, the customer receives the provider identity, scope, location, date, total price including taxes and fees, payment and cancellation rules. A contract requires separate acceptance of the agreed terms. Confirmation and terms should be supplied on a durable medium such as email.
3. Services and prices
Packages and extras are described on the website. Availability and preferred dates require confirmation. Additional work and price changes require agreement. No online payments are collected. Payment arrangements are agreed before contracting. Provide accurate grave location, stone condition, access restrictions and cemetery rules. Cleaning methods depend on material and condition.
4. Changes and complaints
Send changes, cancellations and complaints to kontakt@troskaopamiec.pl with contact details, service date, issue and requested remedy. Photos are optional. Consumer complaints are generally answered within 14 days. Statutory liability is not excluded. No automatic cancellation fees are introduced. The independent provider is responsible for service performance. TKinteractive is responsible for its own intermediary and website obligations under law. Service complaints may be forwarded through the operator to the provider.
5. Consumer withdrawal
For distance service contracts, consumers generally have 14 days from conclusion to withdraw. Email notice is allowed; the template is optional. A request alone does not conclude a contract. Starting work early requires an express request on a durable medium. Withdrawal after such a start may require proportionate payment under law. Loss of the right after full performance requires prior express consent and acknowledgement of that consequence. This request form does not collect early-performance consent; arrange it when confirming the contract.
6. Website use
Internet, a current browser, JavaScript and technical cookies are required. Unlawful content and disruption are prohibited. Updated terms do not automatically alter existing contracts. Consumers may seek assistance from consumer ombudsmen and applicable dispute-resolution bodies; business participation must be confirmed.
